Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Provides customer technical support through in-house or onsite product support as well as providing over the phone and written technical support.
- Refers more complex services to Field Service Representatives or Field Service Engineers.
- Maintains service or maintenance records.
- Supports service department by testing and repairing RMA parts.
- Helps promote good customer support response time and satisfaction
Education and Qualifications:
- Performs work under general supervision.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
- Typically requires accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Customer service skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow schematics
- Clean driving record.
- Manual dexterity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
