Key Responsibilities

· Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer service calls, providing excellent support and solutions.

· Address customer questions and inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to maintain high-quality standards.

· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

· Strong math skills and command of the English language, including excellent grammar.

· Proven ability to take initiative and lead projects when required.
